This historical building in Brooklyn Heights is a perfect location, close to both Downtown Brooklyn and the Promenade. All proceeds made from renting this space go directly towards animal rescue in New York City. This sunny, second floor space can comfortably fit 25 people. It has couches, a projector, and a full kitchen. There is also a large outdoor patio that can be added to any rental! Events hosted here have included yoga, staff orientations/meetings, photoshoots, office parties, birthday parties, and talent holding for film/TV productions. This building is owned by the Brooklyn Cat Cafe. There are no animals present in these spaces. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
