    About the Space

Ninety acre historic farmstead with modern equestrian facility, creepy old house, barns and other outbuildings. The property includes high open rolling hills, fenced pastures, woods, a creek and multiple entrances on over 1000 feet of road frontage. Additionally the parcel backs up to hundreds of acres of preserved land and a hiking trail system. Natural beauty abound, rough historic architecture, soaring spaces and fancy equestrian scenery provide the perfect setting for country chic, period, horror-thriller, natural, rustic or large shoots or events.
