Please do not send booking requests without first receiving a custom quote from us. Customers love to use our space for various events including private parties, dinner parties, wedding receptions, wedding ceremonies, fashion shows, model casting, video shoots, and more. We have floor-to-ceiling mirrors and windows allowing natural light, we have lighting, chairs, tables, and more! We have a Rooftop, 5 studio spaces, 4 restrooms with 5 showers, a parking lot, additional street parking, professional speakers, and top-quality professional lighting. No weddings are suggested unless booking the entire building, the entire floor or the Rooftop. That way you can ensure your quiet time. Setup and breakdown should be included in your rental time.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
