About the Space
Our mid century modern home offers tropical backyard, complete with outdoor shower, pool and 7 ft hot water soaking tub. This is a historic neighborhood, our home offers 70's touches like exposed beams and sunken living room. The chef's kitchen has a huge gas stove with 6 burners and industrial size fridge. There's a Miele built in coffee machine. The backyard offers lush vegetation like banana trees, magnolia trees, and lot of different plants.

We make sure to have house cleaned in between each booking. There will also be hand sanitizer and soap and paper towels available at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
