The layout encompasses a main room with 1000 sq ft of flexible space, a cozy 450 sq ft lobby, and an additional 400 sq ft secondary room. The venue offers a seamless blend of style and functionality, making it ideal for various activities, including birthday parties, holiday gatherings, corporate events, baby showers, dance events, open mics, and weddings. Our rental rate is $170ph, you get 10% off when booking 8 or more hours, and we have packages available. Rental time needs to include all the time you need for in the venue (prep time, event time, and breakdown time). You would be in charge of all the items you bring (decor, food, trash, etc) we handle the sweeping, mopping, and detailed cleaning. We also have packages and add-ons to make your experience even easier.
