The casita is located in downtown Ventura and is a short 7 minute walk to the beach. The space includes a fully furnished studio with kitchen and full bathroom. The space offers several outdoor areas with private and group seating. In the front area, you will find a beautiful Spanish courtyard with custom built comfy lounge seating. In the back area, you will find a fully furnished studio complete with kitchen and bathroom. An enchanting secret garden is also located in the back area. A meandering stone pathway, lined with beautiful murals and mirrors, leads to a private gazebo and an Al fresco dining area. A custom built farm table provides seating for up to 12 guests. The walls along the garden are covered with a beautiful green Ivy, creating a magical backdrop for photography or video opportunities. The possibilities for use of this beautiful outdoor space are endless. Birthday celebrations, showers, luncheons, photography, videos, retreats, meditation, yoga, massage therapy, cooking class to name a few. Bistro lights light up the entire space at night. Electrical outlets are available throughout the entire outdoor space.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
