Black Box Theater including a sizable dance studio and beautiful lobby, perfect for a performance space. Studio A is a 1700 square feet studio with sprung marly dance floors, professional sound and stage lights, a baby Grand Piano, fog machine and wings. Can seat 75-125 people, 100 chairs included, bleachers are available for rent for an extra $1500. Included with rental: - One six foot table - Cordless microphone Add ons: - Table (6ft & 8ft) $10 per 6ft, $15 per 8ft, $5 per table cloth - Piano use $150 - Propane Heaters (Max 2, terrance only, includes propane tanks) $125 per heater - Stage Lighting & Lighting Technician $150 per hour - Popcorn Machine rental $50, Kernel Kit Bags $5 per bag - Additional Staff & Stage Crew $25 per hour for each staff member

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
