About the Space
The space has a beautiful entryway with floor to ceiling windows providing abundant natural light. Wide-plank dark wood flooring, unlacquered brass finishes, designer fireplace and a mix of vintage / well-curated decor items, vintage rugs, and white walls fill the bulk of the home. A very large open-layout on the main floor with kitchen, dining, and living in the space. Large windows flank the entire great room. 4 bedrooms, currently 2 of which are designed for kids (and great for photos). A playroom with gorgeous custom built ins bunk beds and massive cloud couch and oversized TV provides an opportunity for unique photo shoots. The exterior is a traditional/provencal feel. A custom built in firepit makes for amazing social gatherings. The neigbhorhood is close to downtown Austin, and provides for quintessential walking on windy streets with old oak trees hanging over head. Neigbhoring homes are classic old Austin, mixed with timeless new construction. In fact, recently a Netflix movie and a Toyota commercial were filmed on our street.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
