The main residence offers an open kitchen and living area, multiple decks and balconies, custom stonework, hardwood floors, large windows, natural light and smart blinds. The changing daylight provides varied looks from bright daytime interiors through golden hour and city lights. The layout works well for commercial photography, lifestyle campaigns, interviews, music videos, branded content and small film crews. The base listing is configured for productions of up to 20 attendees, with attendee pricing for larger crews within that limit. The detached soundproof loft/guesthouse is a separate rentable space and is included only when specifically confirmed in the reservation or custom offer. All load-in, setup, furniture reset and cleanup must occur within the reserved time.
