About Otter House
Our space is a large studio with an entire Cyc Wall, Green Screen Area, and Production Room / Lounge that is available for Photo and Video shoots with lighting provided. Our space is 500sq feet and large enough to suit many different uses and up to 10-15 people comfortably. Ideal for Music Video Shoots, Modeling Shoots, various Promotional Material Shoots, and more. Drinks are available for purchase, a microwave is available, and there are 2 individual restrooms in the hall right outside of our room.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is swept, mopped, and vacuumed regularly. Surfaces are wiped down and disinfected, and equipment is wiped down and disinfected. Air fresheners and disinfectants are sprayed to ensure clean air.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
