Soft furnishings (cushions, curtains and blankets) are vacuumed on a bi-weekly basis and laundered when needed. Bedding and towels are washed and changed after every hire of the property. Brushed steel items in the kitchen are cleaned appropriately after each use. The bathroom is cleaned with disinfectant weekly, and glass surfaces are descaled, cleaned and polished. Bins are emptied, cleaned and re-lined after each hire of the property. The garden is maintained regularly to remove leaf litter and keep it tidy.
