This intimate 40 capacity venue situated right in the heart of Broadway Market is perfect for whatever event you may want to host. We have a range of flexible hire options to best cater for the event you want to host. You get the space, dress it how you like, play your own music. We supply a dedicated bartender – no need to go upstairs. Refundable deposit of £500 secures your booking. Deposit returned immediately after your event.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
