About the Space
Welcome to "Not Your Average Summer Cottage" - let us host your next photo shoot, cooking demonstration, meeting, small party, retreat, beach day etc. There are three floors avail for your use. The first floor has a large modern kitchen with adjacent coastal family room, two story living room, dining room that seats 12, master bedroom with see-thru fireplace into the master bath, an office and two additional bathrooms. All rooms on the 1st floor have an amazing water view. The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a sitting area with a deck. If you look beyond the bay, you will see the Cape Cod Canal. The basement floor has a tv sitting area, a small gym, 2 bedrooms, small kitchen area and a large open space. There is also 2 bathrooms. The outdoor space consists of a deck, patio with hot tub and a relaxing area with chairs, lights, fire pit and garden. The location is amazing! 30 minutes to Hyannis, 45 minutes to Providence and 1 hour to Boston.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
