This is the perfect setting for your indoor photo shoots or if you are looking for a comfortable apartment for those "at home" scenes. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a multifamily home making equipment loading much easier. There is a beautifully decorated living and dining area and also two stylishly decorated bedrooms with queen sized beds. Plus a cozy sunroom with a day bed with an office and chair. Features: - 2 Queen beds. One in each bedroom. Sunroom has 2 twin size beds, which is a daybed with trundle. - Hardwood flooring throughout - Functional full kitchen - Dimmable dining room chandelier - Lots of light from windows - 1 full-length mirror on bedroom door - Parking space in driveway for one car. - Free street parking For an additional fee, we may be able to handle special requests. Please reach out to us with your requests. -Use of backyard space is an additional $150 per booking NOTE: If you need outdoor backyard space we have a small grassy area that can be utilized for a backyard BBQ scene.
