The Studio is a hidden studio in the middle of bustling Chinatown, next to cafes, art galleries, bars, restaurants, etc. Our building is located in a large alley with easy access for load in and load out. 1 parking spot available for organizer. Please remind us before your event if you need a spot. Can comfortably fit 25 in chairs or combination of smaller couches, benches and chairs. Rearrange as you see fit and put everything back in place. Most furniture pieces are on wheels. All day parking for $5 across the street at Mandarin Plaza until 10pm. (midnight Fri-Sun) This activities that work well in this space: - Classes/ Workshops - Meetings - Company Retreats - Fundraisers - Art Installations - Movie Screenings - Intimate Music Venue Tech: Medium sized TV with HDMI, USB-C and airplay capabilities. (included) We have a mic and two speakers ($20 charge) We have tons of cords and adaptors and laptop chargers here, so if you need anything while setting up we can assist you if it's during business hours or you ask us in advance. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
