About the Space
The indoor pool is very glamorous with a large ceiling mural, a chandelier, large original oil painting on one of the walls, extensive decorative features, marble floors and many other details. We’ve now hosted about a dozen production teams - mostly for music videos. The grounds have 2 fountains with fish and flowering plants, 3 fire features, a purpose-built theater, 2 acres of outdoor space, an outdoor kitchen, a large pergola, a flowering cherry tree, wisteria, magnolias, gardens

We are very covid conscious. The pool area has 2000CFM of MERV-13 filtration and opening windows. The theater, bathroom and 2nd bedroom (connected to each other) have 2 high performance filters and a HEPA exhaust. The other bedroom has a high performance HEPA filter and opening windows. There is also lots of outdoor space to cook, eat, gather, etc.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
