This guest house is a perfect space for a photo or video shoot. It would also work well for meetings as there is available seating and an attached bathroom. Big open windows allow for lots of clean natural light. There's also a television and the option to draw the black out shades if you'll be doing any type of presentation. **included are a few shots taken in the studio The structure is separate from the main house and can be accessed easily with a private entrance off the street.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
