    The space works great for photoshoots, filming, small meetings, baby showers, bridal showers, pre-wedding events, and as a bridal suite for wedding preparation. You'll fall in love with the bright warm white walls, natural wood, and Tulum-style design. The home is a duplex space with a private suite and private home space. Both will be available during your rental. A building biologist and prioritized indoor air quality, non-toxic furniture and decor, and comfort designed this highly curated space. The space features a pastel pink full kitchen with a natural wood bar top. The attached suite with large windows and natural light has plenty of room as a second bar or makeup area. Invite your guests to meet in the six-person living room space. *Guest count over 15 must be approved by the host and is subject to an additional $100 fee

    Health and Safety Measures

    Due to COVID-19, we want to confirm the standard cleaning process for our guests. Duvet covers are laundered between every stay (as are all linens/towels). We sanitize the space, and all surfaces are wiped down (fridge, microwave, switches, handles, remotes, etc.).

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
