A working music studio & content space close to Denver We are a Denver music media collective that shoots original live performance series, in-studio DJ sets & artist sessions here every week. The space was built by working producers, artists & filmmakers. The rooms are treated, we have lots of lighting available, and we have a great group of people ready to help you with your vision. We're a community-driven studio actively working to promote the Denver music scene & build a safe, friendly space for anyone who wants to be involved. Tons of amazing artists, brands & past clients have come through these rooms and we'd love to add you to that list. What works well here Recording sessions & live instrument tracking. Live performance video, music videos & performance-based content. Photo shoots, podcast & interview setups. Editing, mixing & mastering days. Rehearsals, DJ practice & set-building. Listening parties, release events, hang-outs & intimate showcases for up to 45 guests. Layout About 1,000 sq ft across three distinct areas, plus a lounge and the whole thing can be opened up into one space for events. The main room (~600 sq ft) is the flexible, modular core of the studio. Backdrops are available for use, and the furniture moves easily, clear it for a shoot, set it as a stage, or fill it with people. The live room (~400 sq ft) is fully sound treated and built for recording live instruments. It also doubles as a set for photoshoots. The control room / mix area is a smaller room that works as an editing bay or a mixing, mastering & recording space, with a separate recording booth alongside it. Both the live room & the booth are pre-wired into the control room, and the whole system is plug & play — connect your computer and you have access to everything the space offers. The lounge / kitchenette doubles as a mini art gallery, with a mini fridge & coffee setup. It works as a green room, a spot to run playback, or additional workspace. Building bathrooms are just down the hall. Gear & amenities Included with every booking: a deep bench of audio gear; monitors, mics, & everything wired through the control room. A variety of constant studio lights with modifiers, plus grip gear like C-stands & tripods. A large mix of couches, chairs & tables that rearrange in minutes for whatever you're doing. Good Wi-Fi, climate control, & the ability to connect to the studio speakers and play music. Available as add-ons (message us before booking): an in-house engineer or producer to run your session, and full production support; cinema camera package, pro lighting, audio capture & an experienced crew if you want the session shot & edited, not just recorded. Logistics & house rules Parking is easy. There's plenty of on-site from the front of the building through the large lot in the rear. Two RTD stations are within a block, so transit is smooth too. Load-in is simple: the elevator opens directly onto our main entrance, so heavy gear from the ground floor is no problem. Setup & teardown are included in your booked time, so book what you'll actually need. Max occupancy is 45. No smoking inside the building, but there's lots of room in the parking lots for breaks. Alcohol & vapes are fine inside, and animals are welcome. Please leave the space the way you found it; a $250 cleaning fee applies if it isn't.
