About the Space

A studio is only a tool. What you need, to be able to make your music great is the right people, that know how to produce / record / mix other people’s (your) music. When you want your music to be a pro, you need to hire a pro. I am a 25-year veteran of the music industry and have a verifiable discography, and gold and platinum records. And I have a killer studio. The most important factor wherever you record (or anything else) is the people you work with. My studio: 400 Sq.ft. recording space with 18' ceiling, 5 iso rooms (2 shown). Separate roomy control room. Class A analog mic preamps, analog signal processing Soundcraft 40 input customized console. Sounds like an SSL Pro Tools Ultimate 2022 HDX Apogee D/A converters Large microphone selection. UAD plugins and zillions of others Logic Pro X Guitars / Bass / Drums are available upon request. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
