Our space works well for large gatherings and small intimate occasions. The outdoor patio and grass area have accommodated weddings, large day parties, and baby showers to name a few. The indoor space has been utilized to hold engagement parties and corporate events. The layout is only limited by your imagination. There is an open grass section adjacent to a large fully seated patio with a bar. From the grass section, step up on a well-decorated porch as you walk into our air-conditioned luxurious Bohemian-style dining room with a bar and comfortable seating. We have two fully-stocked bathrooms that are handicap accessible. How does booking times work? On the weekends, we book two events with 7 hours allocated for each booking. The morning/afternoon slot for a brunch style event from 9am-4pm and we have an afternoon/evening slot from 4pm-11pm. These hours include 2 hours setup, 4 hours event time, and 1 hour for cleanup/breakdown. We are more flexible with booking times during weekdays and Friday. We also offer full-day bookings. Please inquire if you have any questions. What's included in the rental? Every event needs comfortable seating. In addition to our plush couches, we include 48 Chiavari chairs and have a chair vendor available if more are needed. We have 6 five-foot in diameter round tables, 5 highboys, 3 6ft rectangular tables, and 3 8ft rectangular tables. You can mix-match as you please. We also include a large ebony-wood colored estate table. A popular question we get is "how much is parking?". Well, parking is also included! I know, that's amazing, especially in Atlanta. We have 33 designated parking spots for our clients. If the space next door to us is not having an event, we'll have their parking too. Lastly, there is public paid parking in the vicinity. Whatever you need, we literally got you covered saving you time and energy. If you can think of it, we can accommodate it. Moreover, we have a floral designer and other vendors to help make your event unique and memorable. We also offer large format printing on-site. We are a one-stop shop. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
