About the Space

Ideal for photo shoots using day light as the main kitchen on the ground floor is flooded with light from conservatory. The square footage listed of 440 sq foot is for the open plan kitchen, conservatory and living area on the ground floor. The garden can also be used for filming/photo shoots. Different areas on the other floors are available if prior arrangements have been made as this is a 4 storey terrace Georgian house with 3 bedrooms and a basement with another bed and office areas in it and these can be blacked out.
