Perfect space for hosting all kinds of events, including corporate gatherings! This residence has previously been used for events, so the owners have extensive experience with all kinds of social gatherings. The furniture can be cleared out of the lounge to create a large open room for dancing and the backyard is perfect to accommodate a bounce house (or multiple inflatables). The house is unique with a beautiful artistic vibe throughout the space. The first floor is semi-open concept with a living room, dining room, lounge with 15 feet ceilings, 2 bathrooms, mudroom, showstopper kitchen, and laundry room. The basement is not finished but has a unique setup with a stage (great for karaoke), foosball, darts, ring toss, and a ping pong table. The basement is the ideal setting for teenagers to hang out and have their own space. The outside is stunning with a courtyard and whimsical backyard that has a pergola covered in wisteria. There is also a weeping willow tree and swings that guests can utilize! The backyard can be setup with cornhole, giant connect4, giant Jenga, etc. The second floor will only be available upon special request. In addition to space rental, we offer design and event coordination.
