A cozy, quiet spot minutes from the Pacific, this Encinitas studio space has 2 rooms usable for photo and video needs, including one fully built out podcast studio. There is a dark wall side and light wall side, as well as high rails to hang backdrops. The space is ideal for portrait photography, product photography, video production, podcast production, or just to use as a cozy place to meet with a client. There has been lots of soundproofing implemented into to the space and the audio always turns out wonderful. The set walls are 8' high, and it's 10' to the drop ceiling. It's ideal for seated photo/video and product work. The default podcast set up has built in wood slats and shelving. The shelves are already stocked with books and accessories, and you can bring any props of your own and arrange how you'd like. There is also a large blank white wall which can look great for podcasts by just adding some lights and plants. There are two couch options (brown, blue) and a couple sets of chairs that have interchangeable colored covers. Please DM regarding assistance in your podcast production.
