Fully decorated, but not overly done, The Peach at Fernandina Beach is light and airy, with happy, peachy decor. She's perfect for bridal shoots, beach shoots, eclectic aesthetic shoots and more. An open great room features a glam kitchen with sparkling countertops. The painted staircase makes for dramatic shots. Design details include patterned and captivating tile selections, designer light fixtures throughout and curated furniture. Spaces of interest include 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (spa master suite), three living areas, open dining area, designer kitchen, two stories of balconies and the shipping container pool with window. The house is within an easy 3 minute walk to the beach for additional shooting opportunities. The house is primarily a short-term rental and we will need to coordinate availability between vacation rental bookings.
