Amenities: Ice Machine Changing Room Dimmer enabled lighting Natural Light Exposed Brick and Beams Multiple Restrooms Additional Services If you are in need of an experienced model, extra photographer, or a creative director to help with styling and posing, feel free to reach out with any questions or just browse our list of add-ons. Please select the correct number of attendees to avoid additional fees. Rental rates are based on the number of attendees set during the initial booking request. A flat fee of $100 will be assessed for each group of 1-5 additional guests if already at capacity (60). (ie 61-65 guests, extra $100. 66-70 guests, extra $200, etc). If overtime is needed, it will be billed at time and a half. For proposals, open flames are not permitted. If wax is poured down our sink there is an automatic fine of $200.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We will do the following prior to each booking. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances. Remove garbage and add a new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
