Welcome to our Modern & Chic Facility – Central Pennsylvania’s home for professional events, meeting space, and social gatherings. Just 4 miles from the Pennsylvania State Capital, and minutes from the PA turnpike, our Modern & Chic Facility is a midpoint for businesses across the region - and perfectly appointed for parties, showers, reunions, and more! Information on Renting: For weekend events, rentals must be booked for either a half day or a full day. Half day rentals are 5 hours and full day is 12 hours. Our half day rentals are either from 10am-3pm or 5pm-10pm. Full day rentals are 10am-10pm. Half day rentals start at $400 and full day events start at $600. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
In addition to regular cleaning, we provide alcohol wipes, disinfectants, and other cleaning supplies to our guests in order to clean the facility throughout their event if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
