About the Space
Welcome to my European-inspired house, just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Nestled on a spacious half-acre lot, my cozy haven offers tranquility and privacy. My house can be the perfect location whether you are shooting social content, a music video, or a photo campaign. As a photographer and director I have used my house in various projects and try to set up the home in a way that makes shooting effortless and effective. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with an office in a 3rd bedroom. There is a large deck on the back of the house looking out into the backyard which is just the woods ( there are no houses directly behind mine) The open floor plan in the living and kitchen area make it easy to shoot and get coverage of multiple scenes in just one space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
