    About the Space

Built by renowned Centerbrook Architects our house surprises the viewer because the drive up is to what is the facade of the original 1820s federal colonial house on the banks of the CT River. But once you enter you discover an architecturally acclaimed interior having been featured ib Connecticut and New Old House magazines with 270 degree views of the Connecticut river and State Forests from every room (see attached powerpoint deck for details and photos of house, separate loft, pool, beach, dock and meadows).
