Our fully equipped kitchen, with dishes, serving platters, and chaffing dishes will make your next corporate event or retreat a memorable one. Cater in or cook things up yourself. Our resort style property is located on Gull River in Kawartha Lakes (Norland) Ontario, sitting on just over 2 acres of luxury. This private executive residence sleeps 10 people, across four in-house bedrooms plus one bunkie. From the moment you arrive, you know your stay with us will be top star rated. There are three in-house fireplaces, plus a large 10 seat outdoor fire-pit, 8 person outdoor hot tub, indoor Jacuzzi tub, outdoor wood burning pizza oven, 6 seat theatre and more! Day events: - Indoor events support up to 20 guests. - Outdoor events support up to 50 guests. Overnight events support up to 10 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
