About the Space
This oversized and well maintained 900 square feet loft venue lays on one of a top floors of a historic building in the Midtown micro neighborhood called Nomad or Flatiron. We do have two adjacent 300 square feet spaces that connects to this loft venue through direct doors and can be rented as well, if available, so that the entire space becomes a total of 1400 square feet! Built in 1896, this architectural masterpiece is located in the center of the city’s Historic Core and features a size cozy 900 square feet, a balcony with amazing Midtown views of 26th Street, great artwork & decorations, tables, chairs, bar stools, a small bar, couches, a fully functioning kitchen as well as bathroom (with dishwasher, laundry & dryer) Enjoy stunning street views from our historic windows in an elegant industrial loft atmosphere that is filled with natural light from sunrise to sunset, while also having a killer view. This space is great for photo and video shoots, day and night time, private events, dinner parties, classes, small yoga sessions, personal training sessions, meetings, listening parties, recording influencer content and much more. Extra Fees apply for extra people, equipment, pets, on-site manager and more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The loft is enormous and we hire a cleaning crew after every booking. Not included in the cleaning fee are: the use of dishwasher, laundry machine and dryer. These can be used for a small fee of 10$ each.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
