INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, and sink - Outdoor grills - TV (guests will need to bring own HDMI cable to connect) - Wifi - Firepit Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
