Free parking is available. This space is amazing for photography and film, lighting is included and available upon request. Also available for use as an event space for pop-up’s, corporate events, workshops, product launching, etc. There is self check-in available. -Full kitchen for use which includes a sink, bar area, stove, refrigerator, -microwave, and Keurig. -Bathroom -Dressing room and locker -FREE WIFI and Bluetooth sound stereo. Space is available for the following: $160/hr for events with 5 hr. minimum $135/hr for events with 10 hr. maximum $120 cleaning fee required for events Security available upon request - $75

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
