We were voted one of the the #1 Podcast Studios in the WORLD on the Peerspace platform! 🏆🥇🙌🏼 We are a one stop shop podcast studio that comes pre-lit and includes all audio equipment needed to record your podcast! 🎙️ We have add-ons for your session that include video services, post production, producer roles & much more! Please inquire with any questions! There is a kitchen, multiple bathrooms, an outside smoking area & plenty of street parking If you have any questions or would like to come tour the space, please message us & we'd love to help! PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ADD ANY ADDITIONAL TIME LAST MINUTE THAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED TIME AND A HALF! THERE IS NO FILMING ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF THE PODCAST STUDIO, if this is something your crew needs please send us a message at least 2 days in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
