Private residential venue with multiple photo sets/ rooms to choose from as well as a full functioning walk in shower. We offer various pieces of furniture, giving you an array of different options for your shoot. Each set allowing ample space for models and photographers to move around. Our venue is perfect for one -on -one shoots, groups and small events. —————TWO HOUR MINIMUM BOOKING————— Street parking available, owner of vehicle is liable for damages that may occur off property. *Guests arriving late will not be compensated time and are strongly encouraged to arrive with enough time for possible delays. Please tidy up before you exit venue. Place all trash in bins, cotton towels in hamper. Broom/mop/towels and cleaning solutions are provided incase of major spills. If damage occurs, please notify owner immediately, Additional cleaning fee may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
