HOLIDAY DECOR is currently up! Our extremely spacious 800 sqft photo studio has beautiful natural light and huge white propped walls in Downtown Houston. We’re in a large warehouse in the 8th suited located outside. Our Studio has a luxury modern aesthetic with amazing sunset views. We have natural and studio lights for your preference. We have a contactless check-in / check-out process utilizing digitally coded locks with a key for entry. ________________________________________________________________________________ At 800 sqft, the studio is great for hosting large and small teams, photoshoots, podcasts, making content, and family photography. FREE AMENITIES / PERKS INCLUDED: -High-Speed WiFi - A/C unit - Boucle Couch -Directors Chair - External restrooms -Cyclorama Wall - Pictured Furniture (Boulche Couch, Specialty Chair, and Mirror, etc..) - Abundant Natural Sunlight - White Walls & Concrete Floor & Many Wall Features Our Studio could be best used for the following: Commercial, family, and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, podcasts, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel shoots, headshots, TV Series, and intimate events. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the couch or Cyclorama wall, and you may not stand on the furniture. If it gets dirty or damaged, it cannot be cleaned. Our furniture is extremely costly, so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to ensure all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our Studio is not soundproof, and we will NOT allow loud music. Security Cameras: There are security cameras inside the space that will be used only if necessary when Peerspace asks for proof of footage. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
