About the Space / History The Content Dojo was built to merge performance, creativity, and storytelling under one roof. Founded by movement specialists and creators Jay and Steph Rose, it’s a 5,000-square-foot hybrid performance and production studio where strength, movement, and media come together in one seamless environment. Every wall, mat, and light fixture was designed for visual impact and functionality. Since opening, the space has hosted shoots for global fitness and wellness brands, professional athletes, and creative teams producing campaigns, commercials, and social content. Location & Neighborhood Located near South Congress Avenue in Austin, the Dojo sits within one of the city’s most creative and energetic districts. The area is surrounded by cafés, vintage shops, and live-music culture—an ideal backdrop for production teams or event guests. It’s easily accessible from downtown and about 15 minutes from the airport. Street parking and private crew parking are available on site. Layout & Logistics The Dojo spans 5,000 sq ft across two connected zones: • Performance Zone – Turf flooring, squat racks, Olympic platforms, sleds, suspension rings, and premium training gear. Designed for fitness, performance, and lifestyle shoots with professional, shadow-free lighting. • MMA / Creative Zone – FUJI mats, bag-trolley system, cage fencing, padded walls, and programmable LED lighting that adapts to brand colors or mood.
