Versatile open studio with a boudoir vibe with separate light white and moody black shooting areas in a historical building, along with a private restroom and dressing area. Two floor to ceiling windows allow a lot of light into the space, along with two rolling light walls to customize your lighting needs. Near lots of food and coffee shops. Access the studio via one flight of stairs giving a loft feel. Long-term leases are available.

High touch areas are disinfected between uses. Disinfectant is also available for those that wish to clean as well. Please be mindful of certain fabrics when using cleaning products.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
