Nestled in the heart of the charming Piedmont Ave neighborhood, this tiny home offers a tranquil retreat in a picturesque small-town setting. Upon entering through the black wooden gate, you'll stroll along a paved path, flanked by hedges that provide a sense of seclusion in your private patio oasis. Adorned with a beautiful white pergola and surrounded by lush greenery, this serene outdoor space serves as a perfect backdrop for your media productions. Relax with a friend in the outdoor chairs under the sun or gather around the outdoor table with seating for four to enjoy some patio time. Sliding open the glass door, you'll find yourself in the cozy interior, where the bed, doubling as a couch, sits to your right. A 50" smart TV awaits your viewing pleasure, accompanied by a pull-down desk underneath for working while lounging. The desk cleverly transforms into a twin trundle bed, seamlessly connecting to the existing bed to create a king-size sleeping arrangement. Adjacent to the bed, a set of drawers and a rod with hangers offer storage solutions, while a dedicated workstation doubles as a private dining area. Continuing through to the kitchen area, you'll discover a two-burner induction stove, with induction pots conveniently stored in the cupboard below. Utensils are neatly arranged in the drawer underneath the stove. A kettle, French press, medium roast ground coffee, and sugar are provided for your morning pick-me-up. A full-size refrigerator and microwave are located nearby, next to the desk. Past the kitchen, a sliding barn door reveals a brand-new bathroom, complete with a full-size shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage for your convenience. All necessary supplies for your stay are thoughtfully provided.
