Bright and open plan layout with two interlinked large rooms, allowing one to be used for filming and the other for costume, hair and make-up. Tables and chairs at both dining and bar high can be rearranged as required. Free parking directly outside along the whole street, pavement level entrance and Brockley Overground station less than a 5 minute walk away means access is easy and convenient. The space is cleaned daily and all surfaces are cleaned after every use. Antibacterial disinfectant is used throughout. Cleaning products are always available on site along with disposable hand gloves and hand sanitiser.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
