    This dreamy bohemian-chic space houses 11 ft floor to ceiling sheer curtains, a Luxury Velvet Settee, a Queen sized Neutrally Styled Bed and a Wardrobe with many outfits to choose from! This studio is ideal for Boudoir Sessions, Cozy Couples, Maternity, Newborn Sessions, Editorial & Styled Shoots, or anything creative! - Includes 3 Seamless Paper Backdrops (White, Peach & Charcoal Gray) -2 Stools, 1 bench, 1 Settee, Boho Bed, Wardrobe, Vanity and Bluetooth Speaker- Feel free to move things around to suit your needs. It's located on the 3rd floor of a historic refinished 1800s knitting mill. (Stairs and Elevator available)

    Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    After Each Booking, the studio is cleaned. Surfaces are wiped down, linens are changed and washed, floors are swept. There is a professional cleaning service that comes twice a week to clean the common areas and bathrooms.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
