New remodeled, naturally lit space for gatherings up to 50 guests. Conveniently located on Lincoln, steps away from Paulina brown line, street level access, the space is designed to be versatile and suitable for a wide range of events and gatherings. Birthday/ private dinners, baby showers, bridal showers, art workshops, photoshoots, networking events, corporate events, family gatherings. You can rearrange the furniture for the duration of your event to fit your needs. We offer a cozy sitting area, leather sofa with coffee table, Nespresso coffee station, professional Bose speaker, ice maker, beverages fridge, coat rack, 2 restrooms. Included with your booking: 4 dinning tables with 30 leather chairs. Parking: free on side streets, $2/ hour on Lincoln in front of the building. BYOB allowed. Outside food allowed

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
