The space is perfect for video and photoshoots with several different rooms, including a large main room with a black grand piano and several iso booths, and lanterns hung from the ceiling. There is a control room outfitted with a Neve 8058 recording console, and a large window looking into the main room. There is also a lounge room with vintage lamps, a sofa, chairs and a dining table, a small front room with daylight and a loveseat. We have a professional housekeeper come in regularly to clean and disinfect all bathrooms, surfaces, doorknobs and handles. Between clients and bookings, we clean and disinfect bathrooms, surfaces and doorknobs and handles. Our place is kept extremely tidy at all times. We have disinfectant wipes and paper towels available upon request, as well as hand sanitizer. Bathrooms are available for hand washing with stocked paper towels and hand soap dispensers.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
