About the Space

Industrial loft in Hollywood built for productions, with 14ft ceilings, tall columns, and concrete floors — a raw, versatile backdrop for photo shoots, film, and creative projects. The space includes a full kitchen and private bathroom with shower, and opens to a backyard alley off Cahuenga (EaCa Alley), great for exterior shots and load-in. The loft also features 10 custom-built bunk beds with stairs, making it suitable for crew rest areas during production days.
