This chef's paradise is fully outfitted with everything needed to create gourmet meals, including a stocked spice cabinet and other Pantry essentials. Outside you can enjoy the amazing views from the sunken fire pit, heated pool, or hot tub. There is also a play area with an inground trampoline, horseshoe pits, & cornhole. Outdoor setup depends on time of year & weather. House sits on 6.5 acres of natural beauty; away from it all, but close to everything. You'll be less than 30 minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, La Jolla, and some of the best beaches on the West Coast. Great fishing at nearby (5 minutes) Lake Jennings where you can rent motorboats, rowboats, paddle boats, kayaks, & canoes as well. There are countless wonderful hiking trails in the area. Less than 15 minutes from 2 exciting casinos, 1 of which is non-smoking. Caretaker may be on property in ADU, situated well away from main house and further separated from by a secondary garage. Depending on the dates of your stay, you may request caretaker not be on property.
