A charming old farmhouse with over 112 years of family history. Located on a private point of land at the entrance of Jackson Creek, overlooking the Piankatank River and the Chesapeake Bay. Our house known affectionately as "Waveland" is a large farmhouse that has been in our family for 112 years. It rests on a private point of land that looks out to the Chesapeake Bay (in front) and on Jackson Creek (to the side). It has 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a dining room and several sitting rooms. There is a dock and access to the water in the dock area. The property is very private, with an additional "Little House" sharing the 4+ acres.

The house is cleaned in between bookings with disinfectant spray and vacuumed. The house's well water has a hign mineral content which stains the fixtures, however they are wiped and cleaned appropriately. We recommend bringing bottled water to drink.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
