About the Space

Sylvanside Farm is a 25-acre historic venue that features a village-like setting of two barns, a manor house, a cottage, a tiny house, and a salon—all set on a beautiful rustic farm reminiscent of Williamsburg. Established in 1740, this Quaker Farm is a peaceful and welcoming space that is well suited for a variety of events from Weddings and corporate retreats to Bridal Showers, Yoga Retreats, Family reunions, and Creatives conferences. We are located 50 miles from Washington, DC, and 25 miles from Washington Dulles Airport.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
