Health and Safety Measures

Guest Clean Up Checklist (unless you pay for clean up ) Cleaning supplies and garbage bags are provided 1. Clear off tables 2. If borrow linens, collect the linens, get rid of food particles on linens, and put in the bag (provided) 3. Sweep the floors 4. Clean and wipe the tables 5. Empty the garbage cans (All trash must be placed in the dumpster) 6. Cardboard boxes must be broken down and put into recycling dumpster in the back of the building 7. Empty garbage from bathrooms 8. Put in new garage bags 9. Remove all of your decorations if applicable 10. Close all the window inner sheers 11. Ensure back door and front door are locked ( back doors lock behind you, please lock front door) 12. When you exit front door make sure to hit lock on door & test to make sure it’s lock 13. Pack up all of your belongings–anything left behind will be disposed of (Phoenix Hall is NOT responsible for lost/stolen items, or anything that is left behind after your event)

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
