Historic Victorian with Adjacent Orchard

Historic Victorian located in the Laurel District of Oakland that has been converted to a Wellness Center by day and an event space for workshops, talks, meetings, and music events on the nights and weekends. We are situated on a triple lot with a gated secure parking lot (fits 5-6 cars) and an adjacent producing fruit orchard. Inside: there is a large "living room" that can seat 15 people. Two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside: the orchard is the size of a city lot and has a dining table and outdoor sectional. You will receive a code to unlock the front gate and the key lockbox prior to your booking date.
