Rooftop Garden Space (indoor/outdoor venue April-October)

The rooftop patio and lounge is an ideal space for social events with up to 70 guests. Outside, the patio comes fully furnished with chairs, an outdoor couch, dinner table, and high-top tables. A 135" projector screen + 4K projector and outdoor Sonos sound system are available as well. The projector must be used after sunset to ensure the picture is visible as it will not project in the daytime light. Inside is a full kitchen and lounge space that includes a full refrigerator, sink with disposal, and a high-top island ideal for food or beverage service. Please note that setup and cleanup time must be included within your total booked time frame and billed at the standard hourly rate. We are a mixed-use coworking building, and other members may be present in common areas during your event. To get started, submit an inquiry to request your date.
